This honey is produced in collaboration with Ko`olau Distillery in Kailua, Hawai'i. Raw Hawaiian Honey is aged in Bourbon Barrels. After the honey is removed, the barrels are returned to Ko`olau Distillery who produce a limited edition Honey Bourbon in the same barrels. The Honey Bourbon is available for sale at Ko`olau Distillery as available.
